There is a lyric from an obscure Broadway musical called Applause that states "When you've got good Friends you've got a good life. Think about that!"

There is absolutely no doubt that life at The Pasadena Playhouse is made not just good, but so much better by our wonderful FRIENDS organization.

This group of passionate theatre lovers serves the theatre in so many vital and important ways.  They bring joy, expertise, skill, intelligence and (perhaps most important) a genuine love of the art and craft of the theatre to everything that they do.

Their deep affection, dare I say love, of The Pasadena Playhouse is quite palpable to all who know them well, and even apparent to those who are visiting our theatre for the first time.

Truly they are our "ambassadors of good will" and they spread their many charms to our audiences, to the artists who work here, to the staff and among themselves.  Our good FRIENDS certainly help to make The Pasadena Playhouse the very beautiful and very special theatre that is has been for years, and I have no doubt that they will continue to serve The Playhouse in that way for years.
